A K.O.S.A. Class

A typical K.O.S.A will involve:


Saber Level 1A (Youngling 4-9)
Welcoming, Recitation of the Code - This will be provided upon class registration, learn it well.

Warm-Up – Prepare for the physical rigors of class by stretching and doing minor calisthenics to get the blood pumping and the muscles ready

Saber Forms - Offense, defense, and movement drills. The majority of this section is learning combat.

Meditating – Focus is a key element to any martial art and you’ll spend 5 minutes at the end of each class in silent, calm meditation

Saber Level 1B (Initiate 10-Adult)

Welcoming, Recitation of the Code - This will be provided upon class registration, learn it well.

Warm-Up – Prepare for the physical rigors of class by stretching and doing minor calisthenics to get the blood pumping and the muscles ready

Flourishing – Instructors teach you the “pretty moves,” like inverted grips, spins, reverse spins, figure-eights, and tons more

Saber Level 2 (Padawan10-18 /Knight-Aspirant 15+)

Saber Forms - Offense, defense, and movement drills. The majority of this section is learning combat.

Technique and Choreography – Putting everything together for an awesome fight that looks great both live and on camera

Meditating – Focus is a key element to any martial art and you’ll spend 5 minutes at the end of each class in silent, calm meditation


Saber Level 3 (Knight/Sith 16+)
Welcoming, Recitation of the Code - This will be provided upon class registration, learn it well.

Warm-Up – Prepare for the physical rigors of class by stretching and doing minor calisthenics to get the blood pumping and the muscles ready

It’s up to you to on how progressive your growth can be, and how fast your ascension of the ranks will be.
We are very active to where you can ascend multiple times a year, once you meet all requirements.
