 Galaxy’s Edge takes place on a newly created planet called Batuu, not one of the familiar planets from movies, and that was a very specific decision. “We know those places,” Scott Trowbridge, the portfolio creative executive of Walt Disney Imagineering, said of the traditional Star Wars planets. “We know the stories that happened there and we know we’re not in them. This place, Black Spire Outpost, is designed to be a place that invites exploration, discovery, a place that invites us to become a character in the world of Star Wars.”

Updates for a New Year!

Firstly, I would like to apologize for lack of new content and updates in the last few weeks.  With my new job I work 6 days a week and saber every day I have off.  I am reworking things so that I will have every Wednesday free to do updates and requests. 

Before that, however, I am currently battling an illness I've dealt with on and off for the last 9 years, it causes several health problems for me and I've been on antibiotics for the last few days... that has also helped to set me behind.

That said I'd like to move on and let everyone know about the upcoming plans, they include a few new tutorial video's, some new web pages on tutorials and 'How to' documents, and upcoming events.

I am also taking requests for things you'd like to see, please feel free to e-mail and let us know.

Nebraska Chapter Update

The Nebraska Chapter will launch Summer (September/October) of 2023, now I know that it seems like that is a long way out but time will pass quickly.

That said we will be looking for an instructor and a junior instructor or two.  I will have an application up when we get closer to opening that chapter, however if you'd like to enquire about it before hand please e-mail us VIA our contact page.


We are also looking to set up other chapters, but those details will be in another post.  If you are interested please let us know.
